Website and services
These terms cover use of the Butler Marketing Group LLC website and its optional appointment SMS program. Effective October 23, 2026. Website information is general information about marketing services. Specific paid services, scope, pricing, and any cancellation or refund arrangements are governed by the applicable service agreement.
Audit and consultation requests
Submitting an inquiry or booking a consultation does not require purchasing services. Provide accurate information so the business can respond and prepare for the requested consultation. Marketing outcomes, rankings, AI recommendations, traffic, and lead volume are not guaranteed by use of this website or a free audit.
Appointment SMS program
By selecting the optional SMS checkbox, you agree to receive non-promotional messages from Butler Marketing Group LLC about your requested Free Visibility Audit and consultation, including confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Providing a phone number alone is not SMS consent. No promotional texting is authorized by this appointment program.
Your choice
The SMS checkbox is optional and is not preselected. Declining texts does not affect your ability to request an audit, book a consultation, or purchase services.
Opt out and assistance
Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for assistance. You may also contact [email protected] or (817) 842-2464. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment; contact the business or use the appointment management link to request a schedule change. Message delivery can be affected by carrier and network conditions.
Privacy
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Customer information is not sold or shared with other companies for their marketing. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Providers may process information on behalf of the business to operate the service.
Updates and contact
Updated terms will be posted with their effective date. Changes do not automatically expand existing SMS consent. Contact Butler Marketing Group LLC at [email protected] or (817) 842-2464.
